After doing research via heatmaps, user-testing and interviews, it was clear that potential clients would visit the site and find it difficult to understand what MomentFeed did. Another issue was that the website’s content did not come across as professional as MomentFeed’s competition.
As the copy was written, I would edit it for the site, and begin building the wireframes around the content. Following approval of the wireframes, I would begin creating mockups and assets for the developer. This was a continuous cycle, as I had to go back and forth between editing/prepping copy and designing the website.
We were very pleased with the result, as MomentFeed’s value was clear, and the company’s branding was reflected in the design.

WEBSITE DESIGN: INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
MomentFeed’s new website doubled both the number of visitors as well as average time spent per user. The new brand was now aligned with the site and the bounce rate decreased as a result of more optimal user flow.
